Not an optimal journey! | Mary Kay k. | 2014/07/31
"We unfortunately traveled during peak hours and could not obtain a guaranteed seat in addition to having to change trains with a bunch of luggage as we had a 3 week journey. My husband is disabled and there was no way to get to the platform without dragging our bags down and up a few flights of stairs (no disability options). It was very challenging! "
